Policies
- Rates include a full breakfast. Several homemade menu choices are available, such as Waffles with warm fruit sauce and whipped cream, various French toast bakes, blueberry pancakes and a variety of omelettes with toast. Enjoy all this with fruit and your choice of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk or orange juice.
- No smoking inside at any time.
- No Public Display of Alcohol.
- Pets welcome with advance notice & as courtesy to other guests.
- $15 for extra person (over the sleeps # listed on each room above).
- Couples reserving Family Rooms may be asked for full cost during peak seasons and weekends.
- Credit card will be charged for full payment and tax 14 days before your stay. Changes and cancellations must be made 14 days or more before your stay. Once your credit card is billed, there are no cancellations, but a credit of equal value can be given for a later stay.
